Each Confederate company will be organized as follows:
Company commanders (Captains, Lieutenants) play a pivotal role in shaping the event’s success—they hand-pick their own staff, including Sergeants and Corporals, ensuring a leadership team that shares their vision. As HHV ramps up training for both officers and NCOs, each fully registered company will be showcased on our website. Once a company is complete, HHV will provide the Captain with a detailed breakdown of the unit, organized into two ranks from tallest to shortest (Participant height on Registration Form). This clear structure empowers Captains to strategically assign and introduce their Corporals and Sergeants, setting the stage for effective, HHV provided virtual training. With strong leadership in place, every reenactor is prepared to deliver an authentic and unforgettable experience at On Our Own Soil.
The size of each company will vary due to the difference in company strength originally.
