HOW IT BEGAN
It all began in September of 2022, after the successful presentation of "A
Perfect Homespun Waterloo" 160th Antietam. This event sparked a new vision
for the future of historical preservation efforts.
With this new vision in mind, planning for "Receding Tide" In the Trenches at
Williamsport in July of 2023 began immediately. This event aimed to shed light
on the continuous fight during the retreat from Gettysburg in 1863.
As a result of these efforts, Homespun Historical Ventures Inc. has grown and
attracted great partnerships and organizers to help carry on our vision. Thanks
to these partnerships, we are able to offer a variety of historical
interpretive events, covering multiple time periods, on our schedule. Join us
as we strive to keep history alive and engaging.

Homespun Preservation Projects
